JL61 Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

General Terms

Welcome to JL61. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JL61 website at jl61.best, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JL61. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

JL61 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving players in the Philippines. All services offered through JL61 – including casino games, sports betting markets, virtual sports, live dealer tables, roulette, and all promotions – are subject to these Terms. Additional rules specific to individual products, games, or promotions may also apply and will be displayed within those respective sections of the platform.

Eligibility

Access to the JL61 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Account Registration and Management

To use the JL61 platform, you must create a single registered account. You may not hold more than one account on JL61. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed without prior notice, and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If your details change, please update your account information promptly.

• You must not share your JL61 account with any other person, nor allow any other person to access your account on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your JL61 account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• JL61 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person.
• JL61 reserves the right to run identity checks and request documentation such as a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, passport, voter's ID) at any time.

JL61 may temporarily suspend an account while identity or payment verification checks are being completed. During this period, deposits may be held and withdrawals paused. This is a standard security procedure and does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

Deposits

All JL61 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). JL61 supports a range of local payment methods for deposits, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

When making a deposit at JL61, the following conditions apply:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JL61 does not accept deposits from sources connected to illegal activity. Any deposit suspected to be derived from illicit funds will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, depending on the selected payment channel. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• JL61 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside JL61's control.
• In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, JL61 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from that deposit and close the associated account.

Withdrawals

JL61 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, or to another account held in the registered player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Identity verification must be completed before JL61 can process a first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements. If a bonus has been accepted, the wagering requirement must be met in full before the bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment channel and are displayed within the JL61 cashier at the time of the request.
• JL61 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Processing times for GCash and Maya are typically within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• JL61 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing while security checks, identity verification, or fraud investigations are being conducted. Players will be notified of any delay where possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

JL61 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses require the player to meet a stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be clearly communicated within the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Betting and Casino Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on JL61 operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market view. By placing a bet or starting a game round, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets placed on JL61 are final once confirmed. JL61 will not accept requests to cancel a wager after confirmation, except where a clearly demonstrable technical error has occurred on JL61's part.
• JL61 may void a bet or the result of a game round where a technical fault, data feed error, or force majeure event has materially affected the outcome. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• JL61 reserves the right to set stake limits and maximum payouts for any game, market, or event. These limits are displayed in-game or within the betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round or settled wager, the result held on the JL61 server will be treated as the definitive record.
• Sports betting markets settled on the JL61 platform reflect the official result of the relevant sport's governing body. Any subsequent review or reversal by the governing body after settlement may or may not be reflected, at JL61's discretion.

Fair Play and Platform Integrity

JL61 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the JL61 platform in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error must be reported and may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market.
• Using the JL61 platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud. JL61 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a suspension.

JL61 employs real-time fraud monitoring and account review processes. If your account is flagged for any of the above, it may be restricted while an investigation is conducted. JL61 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any investigation promptly.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL61 login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify JL61 customer support immediately.

• JL61 will never ask you to share your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Do not save your JL61 login credentials on a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor or additional verification options available on your JL61 account to enhance security.
• JL61 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to take reasonable precautions to protect their account.

Account Suspension and Closure

JL61 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without valid grounds.
• Conduct that JL61 determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulations regarding dormant account balances.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the player, JL61 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also close their JL61 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard terms, provided all identity verification and wagering requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability

JL61 provides the platform and services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or fitness of its services for any particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing:

• JL61 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• JL61 is not responsible for delays or failures in transactions caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network disruptions outside JL61's control.
• JL61 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their credentials, using a compromised device, or failing to follow the security guidelines in these Terms.
• While JL61 takes all reasonable steps to ensure game integrity, it is not liable for unavoidable technical faults. Where a fault affects a game round, the remedies available are limited to voiding the affected bet and returning the stake.

Nothing in these Terms limits JL61's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by JL61's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

Changes to These Terms

JL61 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JL61 will notify registered players via the email address on file and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JL61 platform after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. JL61 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you notice that the effective date has changed.
